If you cancel your order before we submit your documents to the state, we will refund our service fee in full. Just email us with your order number.
Once your documents have been submitted to the state, the work has been performed and our service fee becomes non-refundable. However, if a filing is rejected because of an error we made, we will correct and resubmit it at no cost to you — or refund our service fee in full if we cannot.
Government filing fees are set and collected by state agencies. Once a state fee has been paid to the state, it is non-refundable by us regardless of the outcome, because states do not return it. If you cancel before we pay the state, any state fee you paid us is refunded along with our service fee.
Registered agent service and other add-ons are refundable within 30 days of purchase if the service has not yet started or been used. Once a registered agent has been listed on a state filing, that year of service is non-refundable.
Email hello@uscompanydesk.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
